Meanwhile, back on Earth, Togo engages in some tete-a-tete with Jilehr about her past, Raisa languishes in a secure room within the base, and Great Leader Neo continues to succumb to the ravages of time.
Summary: The group of rebels returns to Earth to open up negotiations of a cease-fire between their forces and the Earthlings, a proposition which disturbs everyone save for General Togo, who seems to have great plans for the meeting, until a none-to-happy Raisa discovers the relationship between Tetsuya and Kahm and threatens to destroy the negotiations before they've begun.
Summary: Peace talks have opened up between the Earthlings and the group of rebels led by Tetsuya and Kahm, but when it becomes clear that they are not dealing with official emissaries from the Santovasku Empire, things rapidly break down. Can even General Togo restore order? And to what lengths will Megane go to prove his love for Raisa?
Summary: With the first meeting of the peace talks out of the way, the rebels return to their ships in orbit to practice their maneuvers or discuss new strategy. But when Princess Kahm catches Raisa on board as a stowaway, all hell breaks loose. Raisa claims she only wants to join the fight on their side, but is she telling the truth?

But will there be anyone standing by the time Tetsuya finds his wife...assuming he finds her in time?
"Hold the line, boys! This is where we choose to die!"
Summary: In the throne room, it all comes down to this: Kahm must fight and kill Tetsuya once and for all as her father, Emperor Quevas XIII, looks on in delight.
